How do you play this role?
In simple steps
☑️ Teachers and principals should be the best example for students in their speech, actions and initiatives.
☑️ Any educational official should give up comparing students.
☑️ Involving students in some decision-making processes regarding matters related to them.
☑️ Encouraging teamwork and carrying out creative and influential projects.
☑️ Encouraging students to read books about certain leadership figures and discuss them in class.
If the school wants to go further, these are three additional steps.
📌 Organizing training workshops for parents to educate them on modern methods of education and common educational mistakes.
📌 Organizing training workshops for students on soft skills and character development.
📌 Contracting with companies and associations to organize environmental, social and development activities.
My focus today in training students and youth is on leadership and entrepreneurship, because each one of them deserves to discover and use their strengths.
